The special room rate for this event is $69/night. To make room reservations, you must contact the hotel directly at 614-846-0300 or toll free at 800-272-6232. Reservations must be made by July 5, 2004 to guarantee your room rate.

Both the printable form and the online registration process allow multiple people from the same organization to register at the same time. If you are registering attendees from more than one organization, please register each organization separately.

The online registration process (below) will create a free PayPal account for you if you do not already have one. We will draw most of your contact information from the PayPal account of the person who completes the online registration, in the event that multiple people are being registered under the same person's account. We can confirm and/or update our contact information with individual attendees at the time of the conference, or you may email any new information or concerns directly to registration.

Refund Policy:
Cancellations received in writing by June 25, 2004: 50% Refund
Cancellations received in writing after June 25, 2004: No Refund

Online Registration

Register now and save! The cost for attending the conference is $85 per attendee if you register by June 25, 2004. The cost will be $100 after June 25th. Members of Technology Paradigms receive an additional $15 discount.

If any of the attendees have special dietary restrictions, please list each restriction along with the number of attendees it applies to.
